This newly renovated two-story home is ideally located near the beach and waterpark. It features all-new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, LVP flooring, and fresh paint throughout. The house boasts two master bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Linens are included with the rental, so you only need to bring your beach towels. To avoid credit card fees, we now accept payments via Zelle/Venmo. Please contact me for more information!
The kitchen boasts brand new countertops along with all-new stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything required for cooking and dining. The kitchen table accommodates up to 6 people, and there are an additional 4 chairs by the counter.
The living room is furnished with a couch, three chairs, a ceiling fan, and a television.
Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a half bath and a washer/dryer.
The downstairs area features a King-sized bed in a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower.
The upper level comprises four bedrooms, each equipped with a television.
To the left of the staircase lies the master bedroom, adorned with a queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom that includes a walk-in shower.
Opposite this room, there is another bedroom with a queen-sized bed.
To the right of the staircase, you'll find the third bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and just across the corridor, there is a room with two twin beds.
Located directly opposite the staircase is a full bathroom featuring a tub and shower combination.
The main deck features a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy a meal. Beneath the house, there is a propane grill, additional table and chairs, and a bench swing. Parking under home for up to 3 vehicles.

Must be 21 to operate the optional golf cart (valid driver’s license required and must abide by all Ocean Lakes rules for golf cart usage, or renter will pay applicable fines)

You will be required to purchase a $15.00 a day parking pass through Ocean Lakes this DOES include the amenities and water park. Ocean Lakes has so much to offer you won't need to leave the park.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If renter cancels more than 60 days prior to check in and the owner can re- rent the property for full price the deposit will be refunded less a $ 100.00 cancellation fee and convenience fee. If the house remains vacant you will forfeit your deposit. If the renter cancels less than 60 days from the check in date and the owner cannot re-rent the property at full price your rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the owner as compensation for the time the premises had been held from the rental market.
Deposit Policy
The house is inspected before your arrival. It is clean and in order. Upon departure, each guest is responsible for washing dishes, taking garbage to the road, and removing linens from beds, and place in the bag provided
