Main Floor:
Walking in the front door is the family room featuring all new furniture including a sofa, love seat, ceiling fan and tv.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all your family needs. The table has seating for 4 with additional seating for 3 at the island. Just outside the door on the covered porch is another table and chairs for 4.
All new appliances in the kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove. FlexBrew coffee maker so you can enjoy a single cup or pot of coffee.
Half bath just off family room and washer/dryer in closet.
Master bedroom has a Queen bed with a ceiling fan and tv. Ensuite spacious bathroom includes a jetted tub, shower and toilet.
Second Floor:
Upstairs has 4 bedrooms, 3 with Queen beds and one with two twin over twin bunk beds. Each room has a ceiling fan, closet space and a tv.
The first room to the right of the steps is the bunk room, twin/twin bunks sleeping 4.
The room across from the bunks is a Queen.
Two full baths are in the middle of the hall both featuring a tub/shower combo.
Each room at the end of the hall to the left of the steps has a Queen bed and access door to the top deck. Top deck is covered and has seating and lights to enjoy the cool breeze at night.
The main deck has an outdoor table and sitting area to relax and listen to the waves crash ashore.
Steps leading to the home are covered.
Sitting area under the house with a swing, chairs and a tv for relaxing.
Outdoor shower with hot/cold water to rinse off sand before entering the home.
Plenty of parking under home, can accommodate 2-4 vehicles.
