You will notice that our newly remodeled house offers the following features:

Our rental INCLUDES: Sheets & Pillows/Cases, Beach towels, Bath towels, Hand towels, Washcloths, Dish towels, an overly stocked kitchen, and a flat-top grill outback for you to enjoy! (propane is tenant's responsibility)
We just ask you to please take care of them like they are yours and make sure they are washed and put back up in the closet before you checkout.
A simple table and a few chairs are available on the front porch.
A peaceful lakefront view may be enjoyed from the back terrace, which has seating and tables.
There is a hot and cold water shower available outside.

Is it pet-friendly? Pets are NOT allowed in our Rental Unit. Guest(s) are not permitted to bring pets of any kind into the rental unit. (Certified Service Dog Only) If a pet is found the guest(s) will be evicted with no refund and the guest will be charged a pet cleaning fee. This is not covered under the Accidental Damage Waiver Fee.
