You will notice that our newly remodeled house offers the following features:
5 bedrooms (5 king beds)
3 bathrooms
Our rental INCLUDES: Sheets & Pillows/Cases, Beach towels, Bath towels, Hand towels, Washcloths, Dish towels, an overly stocked kitchen, and a flat-top grill outback for you to enjoy! (propane is tenant's responsibility)
We just ask you to please take care of them like they are yours and make sure they are washed and put back up in the closet before you checkout.
A simple table and a few chairs are available on the front porch.
A peaceful lakefront view may be enjoyed from the back terrace, which has seating and tables.
There is a hot and cold water shower available outside.

Is a golf cart included or can it be rented with the home? It's not included BUT there is an option to add it for an additional fee (cheaper than you can rent one through ocean lakes~!)
Is it pet-friendly? Pets are NOT allowed in any of our Rental Units. Guest(s) are not permitted to bring pets of any kind into the rental unit. (Certified Service Dog Only) If a pet is found the guest(s) will be evicted with no refund and the guest will be charged a pet cleaning fee. This is not covered under the Accidental Damage Waiver Fee.

Cancellation Policy
If renter cancels more than 60 days prior to check in and the owner can re- rent the property for full price the deposit will be refunded less a $ 100.00 cancellation fee and convenience fee. If the house remains vacant you will forfeit your deposit. If the renter cancels less than 60 days from the check in date and the owner cannot re-rent the property at full price your rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the owner as compensation for the time the premises had been held from the rental market.
Deposit Policy
The house is inspected before your arrival. It is clean and in order. Upon departure, each guest is responsible for washing dishes, taking garbage to the road, and removing linens from beds, and place in the bag provided
