Relax on the front porch, and breathe in the fresh salt air, with plenty of seating and a table for morning coffee or evening dinner. A charcoal grill is provided
We also accept different payment avenues, as a way to save on credit card fees!
Very open concept with Living and Kitchen areas
The living area has a Queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, chair with ottoman and flat screen tv with 120 channels of cable
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you would need to prepare meals
The King Master is just off the family room with a private bath
The Queen Master is off the Kitchen with a private bath
Both baths have walk in showers
The laundry room has a stack washer/Dryer with folding area, ironing board and iron are also included
Golf cart is optional, for an additional fee

You will be required to purchase a $15.00 a day parking pass through Ocean Lakes this DOES include the amenities and water park. Ocean Lakes has so much to offer you won't need to leave the park.

Cancellation Policy
If renter cancels more than 60 days prior to check in and the owner can re- rent the property for full price the deposit will be refunded less a $ 100.00 cancellation fee and convenience fee. If the house remains vacant you will forfeit your deposit. If the renter cancels less than 60 days from the check in date and the owner cannot re-rent the property at full price your rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the owner as compensation for the time the premises had been held from the rental market.
Deposit Policy
The house is inspected before your arrival. It is clean and in order. Upon departure, each guest is responsible for washing dishes, taking garbage to the road, and removing linens from beds, and place in the bag provided

This was a last minute vacation and the place was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the kids didn't complain about the pull out beds. The parking for the vehicle is kind of tight but it's manageable. It's a one minute walk from the beach and not much golf cart traffic on the road. The kitchen had everything we needed. Before you pick bedrooms the one off the kitchen is the darkest and coldest for anyone who wants to sleep in. We would definitely stay again.
