This is a custom-built home that has never been rented features granite countertops throughout the home, upscale furniture, ceiling fans, and tv's in all rooms.
We also accept different payment avenues, as a way to save on credit card fees!
The living area features a sectional sofa, chair and recliner, flat screen tv
The King Master bedroom is on the main level with a shared bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. Bar area seats 2, table seats 6, and sofa table seats 4
The King master with ensuite upstairs has access to the upper deck with a swing bed to relax on with a view of the lake.

The outdoor living areas are amazing , the first floor deck has a sitting area, a swing, dining table and gas grill all for your entertainment

Cancellation Policy
If renter cancels more than 60 days prior to check in and the owner can re- rent the property for full price the deposit will be refunded less a $ 100.00 cancellation fee and convenience fee. If the house remains vacant you will forfeit your deposit. If the renter cancels less than 60 days from the check in date and the owner cannot re-rent the property at full price your rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the owner as compensation for the time the premises had been held from the rental market.
Deposit Policy
The house is inspected before your arrival. It is clean and in order. Upon departure, each guest is responsible for washing dishes, taking garbage to the road, and removing linens from beds, and place in the bag provided

Our family loved this house! Clean, comfy and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen. We felt right at home.
A bit of security getting the parking passes which can be a bit of hassle when arriving at late at night but other than that the house was great. Family oriented and very spacious.
