This home has everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing vacation at the beach, located near Sand Dollar Lake in Ocean Lakes. Home is pet friendly for dogs under 25lbs and has a small sitting area under the home with a pet gate. WIFI and cable are included and the home has a golf cart available to add on for your stay. Contact me for more information on the cart!
We also accept Venmo/Zelle Payments as a way to save on credit card fees!
Family room has a comfortable sofa, a chair, flat screen tv, and ceiling fan.
The kitchen has beautiful granite top counters and is fully stocked with everything you would need for cooking. There is a Keurig and a coffee pot available for your use.
Kitchen table has 4 seats and a bench.

The Master King suite has a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Master has a ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
The Queen bedroom, has a flat screen tv, and ceiling fan, and closet space
Bunk room has a twin over full bed with flat screen tv and closet space
The hall bath has granite countertop, one sink, and a tub/shower combo

Deck has a nice sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee.

You will be required to purchase a $15.00 a day parking pass through Ocean Lakes this DOES include the amenities and water park. Ocean Lakes has so much to offer you won't need to leave the park.

Cancellation Policy
If renter cancels more than 60 days prior to check in and the owner can re- rent the property for full price the deposit will be refunded less a $ 100.00 cancellation fee and convenience fee. If the house remains vacant you will forfeit your deposit. If the renter cancels less than 60 days from the check in date and the owner cannot re-rent the property at full price your rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the owner as compensation for the time the premises had been held from the rental market.
Deposit Policy
The house is inspected before your arrival. It is clean and in order. Upon departure, each guest is responsible for washing dishes, taking garbage to the road, and removing linens from beds, and place in the bag provided
