This home has so much to offer, with just a one minute walk to the beach, as well as a minute walk to the lake for fishing. Enjoy your time under the house playing foosball, watching tv, relaxing and just taking in the fresh salt air. A Complimentary Golf Cart is included in the rental. Linens, bath towels, wash clothes and bath mats are included

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a toaster, filter coffee pot, Keurig, crockpots, pots-pans, skillet, waffle maker, utensils and blender.
The dining area offers a table for 6 as well as seating for two at the bar top.
Half bath on main floor by the living room.
The Queen Master is located on the main level with flat screen tv, and ensuite bathroom with a shower.
3 Queen bedrooms with flat screen tv's located on the upper level of the home (2 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms)

Cancellation Policy
If renter cancels more than 60 days prior to check in and the owner can re- rent the property for full price the deposit will be refunded less a $ 100.00 cancellation fee and convenience fee. If the house remains vacant you will forfeit your deposit. If the renter cancels less than 60 days from the check in date and the owner cannot re-rent the property at full price your rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the owner as compensation for the time the premises had been held from the rental market.
Deposit Policy
The house is inspected before your arrival. It is clean and in order. Upon departure, each guest is responsible for washing dishes, taking garbage to the road, and removing linens from beds, and place in the bag provided
