Once you step in the front door you will quickly see why this home feels like your home away from home. This house has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation.
The nice cozy family room, offers a large flat screen tv with extended cable, Wi-Fi, and plenty of seating room for 6
The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, counter top to sit 4, and table for 2
Once you make your way down the hall the first room on the right is decorated in the beautiful beach colors. It has queen over queen bunk beds, ceiling fan, and flat screen tv, closet with hangers to hang your clothes
The second bedroom on the right is a room with a queen bed, ceiling fan, flat screen tv, and closet with hangers
The Master bedroom is the last room on the left with a queen bed, door going out on small private deck, ceiling fan, and flat screen tv.
The Master bathroom has a walk-in ceramic tile shower, and closet with hangers for hanging clothes
The Washer and Dryer is located at the end of the hall
A full bath with a large vanity, and shower/tub combo is located at the first door to the left in the hall
The top deck has a great sitting area with tv, and a table for outside dining.
Under the house features a seating area, and tv for family entertainment
A hot/cold outdoor shower

Must be 25 to rent (families)
Sorry no fur-babies allowed (feline or canine)
No smoking, vaping or drugs permitted
Must be 21 to operate the optional golf cart (valid driver’s license required and must abide by all Ocean Lakes rules for golf cart usage, or renter will pay applicable fines)
We want you to enjoy your stay and hope that our guests will become our second Ocean Lakes family and will stay with us for years to come.
You will have to purchase your parking passes through Ocean Lakes at $15.00 per vehicle, this does include all the amenities in the park to include the waterpark.
Ocean Lakes has so much to offer families with a mile of beach and is a 24-hour gated community/resort with all the amenities you will need.

Cancellation Policy
If renter cancels more than 60 days prior to check in and the owner can re- rent the property for full price the deposit will be refunded less a $ 100.00 cancellation fee and convenience fee. If the house remains vacant you will forfeit your deposit. If the renter cancels less than 60 days from the check in date and the owner cannot re-rent the property at full price your rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the owner as compensation for the time the premises had been held from the rental market.
Deposit Policy
The house is inspected before your arrival. It is clean and in order. Upon departure, each guest is responsible for washing dishes, taking garbage to the road, and removing linens from beds, and place in the bag provided
