Newly remodeled 4 bdrm 3 Full bath true handicap accessible mobile home. With the option to rent the limo golf cart. We also accept Venmo/Zelle Payments as a way to save on credit card fees!
Relax on the large screened in porch with a day bed, swing, and tv. You walk into the large family room with a sectional sofa, flat screen tv, and ceiling fan.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a nice center island with bar stools.
The King size Master Bdrm has a flat screen tv, and ceiling fan, with a private master bath with a tiled shower.
Hall bath has double sinks, a bath/shower combo.
The end hall bdrm has 2 sets of bunk beds, double on bottom and twin on top. Flat screen tv and ceiling fan
Queen bdrm has a flat screen and ceiling fan

You will be required to purchase a $15.00 a day parking pass through Ocean Lakes this DOES include the amenities and water park. Ocean Lakes has so much to offer you won't need to leave the park.

Cancellation Policy
If renter cancels more than 60 days prior to check in and the owner can re- rent the property for full price the deposit will be refunded less a $ 100.00 cancellation fee and convenience fee. If the house remains vacant you will forfeit your deposit. If the renter cancels less than 60 days from the check in date and the owner cannot re-rent the property at full price your rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the owner as compensation for the time the premises had been held from the rental market.
Deposit Policy
The house is inspected before your arrival. It is clean and in order. Upon departure, each guest is responsible for washing dishes, taking garbage to the road, and removing linens from beds, and place in the bag provided
