Parking level has outdoor covered seating area, outdoor hold/cold shower, and grill. Parking space for three cars and space to park and charge two golf carts.
*GOLF CART NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL, is available for additional fee MUST be 25 to operate, MUST abide by all Ocean Lakes Rules and Regulations.

Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, 24-hour gated, security patrolled community with a multitude of amenities. It is located in Myrtle Beach and is the most complete oceanfront campground on the east coast. With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, it also features eight freshwater lakes great for fishing. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool, an outdoor Olympic size pool and a brand new full size water park compete with kiddie area, lazy river, and slides. Golf cart rental is available on the premises. There are also three snack bars, an arcade with 80+ games, an outdoor theatre with scheduled events, playgrounds, basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, a miniature golf area, a recreation center with supervised activities for children, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds.

Cancellation Policy
If renter cancels more than 60 days prior to check in and the owner can re- rent the property for full price the deposit will be refunded less a $ 100.00 cancellation fee and convenience fee. If the house remains vacant you will forfeit your deposit. If the renter cancels less than 60 days from the check in date and the owner cannot re-rent the property at full price your rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the owner as compensation for the time the premises had been held from the rental market.
Deposit Policy
The house is inspected before your arrival. It is clean and in order. Upon departure, each guest is responsible for washing dishes, taking garbage to the road, and removing linens from beds, and place in the bag provided
