Great sitting areas on top two decks and under home. Underneath just had a brand-new bar area with refrigerator, Roku TV and privacy walls added. New outdoor furniture on the top deck. Main deck features table for 8, two lounge chairs, six rockers. Propane grill located behind home on ground level.
This is a very beautiful extremely nice, maintained home.
We also accept different payment avenues, as a way to save on credit card fees!
The bottom floor is an open floor plan with the family room offering a sofa, love seat and two recliners, a 65" flat screen tv
The fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless-steel dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and stove. Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, and all you will need to cook

Cancellation Policy
If renter cancels more than 60 days prior to check in and the owner can re- rent the property for full price the deposit will be refunded less a $ 100.00 cancellation fee and convenience fee. If the house remains vacant you will forfeit your deposit. If the renter cancels less than 60 days from the check in date and the owner cannot re-rent the property at full price your rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the owner as compensation for the time the premises had been held from the rental market.
Deposit Policy
The house is inspected before your arrival. It is clean and in order. Upon departure, each guest is responsible for washing dishes, taking garbage to the road, and removing linens from beds, and place in the bag provided
