Ceiling Fan, cable tv, and wifi is included for your convenience.
The Master Suite on the main level offers a king bed, ceiling fan, flat screen tv and Master bath with Tub/shower combo. This room offers deck access.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, flat screen tv's with cable.
Three queen bedrooms on the second level offers a seating area, with access to the second level deck
The fifth bedroom offers two bunks with twin over full beds with deck access
Two full Baths on the second level with tub/shower combos
The house is equipped with a gas grill
Outdoor hot/cold shower
Golf Cart is optional and not included, it is a limo cart.

Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, 24-hour gated, security patrolled community with a multitude of amenities. It is located in Myrtle Beach and is the most complete oceanfront campground on the east coast. With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, it also features eight fresh water lakes great for fishing. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool, an outdoor olympic size pool and a brand new full size water park compete with kiddie area, lazy river, and slides. Golf cart rental is available on the premises. There are also three snack bars, an arcade with 80+ games, an outdoor theatre with scheduled events, playgrounds, basketball courts, shuffle board courts, a miniature golf area, a recreation center with supervised activities for children, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds.

Cancellation Policy
If renter cancels more than 60 days prior to check in and the owner can re- rent the property for full price the deposit will be refunded less a $ 100.00 cancellation fee and convenience fee. If the house remains vacant you will forfeit your deposit. If the renter cancels less than 60 days from the check in date and the owner cannot re-rent the property at full price your rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the owner as compensation for the time the premises had been held from the rental market.
Deposit Policy
The house is inspected before your arrival. It is clean and in order. Upon departure, each guest is responsible for washing dishes, taking garbage to the road, and removing linens from beds, and place in the bag provided
