This stunning new construction two-story home on stilts is just a few streets from the ocean, it has a spacious back yard that is great for entertaining guests and is located a few steps to the canal where you can enjoy fishing. This is a brand-new custom built 4-bedroom 4 bath home with an open concept kitchen and living area. Home is still being furnished so photos will be updated soon!

Main deck can be accessed through the main living area of the home. Deck features new polywood furniture.
Under the home features a seating area with a tv, Bar area, a hot/cold shower and a large closet space to store your beach toys and chairs. The backyard has a fire pit, sitting area and games for the family. Propane grill under home.
A 4-seater golf cart is available for a extra charge, must be 21 years old to drive. Please contact me for details on the golf cart and pricing.

Cancellation Policy
If renter cancels more than 60 days prior to check in and the owner can re- rent the property for full price the deposit will be refunded less a $ 100.00 cancellation fee and convenience fee. If the house remains vacant you will forfeit your deposit. If the renter cancels less than 60 days from the check in date and the owner cannot re-rent the property at full price your rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the owner as compensation for the time the premises had been held from the rental market.
Deposit Policy
The house is inspected before your arrival. It is clean and in order. Upon departure, each guest is responsible for washing dishes, taking garbage to the road, and removing linens from beds, and place in the bag provided
