Come enjoy your stay in our home away from home. This condo is located in the Arbor Trace community located in the Barefoot Resort, which is home to four championship golf courses. The resort has a spa and driving range and is conveniently located near the Myrtle Beach's House of Blues, The Alabama Theatre, the Shop's at Barefoot Landing, the Tanger Outlet shopping center, and plenty of restaurants.



Family room has a large sectional couch and ottoman. Entertainment center houses a nice flatscreen tv.
Dining table will sit up to 6 people.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, included a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, toaster oven, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, crockpot, and pots/pans.

The King master bedroom has large windows overlooking the golf course, a walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The room is equipped with a ceiling fan and tv.
The second bedroom has a comfortable bunk bed with a twin over full bed. Room is equipped with a ceiling fan, tv, and closet.
Second bathroom is located in the hall, it has a tub/shower combo.

Washer and dryer are located in the hall closet and there is an iron and iron board in closet.

Outdoor balcony area has a small table with two stools and two rocking chairs. We have a wonderful view of one of the golf courses where you can come enjoy your morning coffee or evening dinner and relax.

Arbor Trace Condos amenities include a gated pool and nice grilling area by the pond. There is Wi-Fi available at the pool area.

Wi-Fi and cable are included.
