Be sure to check out this newly renovated and never before rented home in Ocean Lakes. Home sits on a small lake with a wonderful fountain view and large back deck that is great for fishing and relaxing!
Home is located on a quiet dead-end street and would be great for children. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and can sleep up to 6 people.
Living room is spacious with a couch, love seat, chair and a large flat screen tv.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized pantry, Ninja coffee maker and stainless steel appliances. Coffee maker can be used with pods or filter/cold brew.
Kitchen table seats 4 and there are two stools at the counter.
Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer located on second floor. Iron and iron board provided.
Downstairs master bedroom has Queen bed with dresser and tv. Ensuite bath with walk-in shower can be accessed through bedroom and kitchen area.
Upstairs is split in two, each bedroom feels like its own private space. Upstairs to the right of the steps is your laundry room then a Queen bedroom with dresser, tv and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
To the left of the stairs is the upstairs Master King bedroom with ensuite newly renovated bathroom. Bathroom features a freestanding tub next to glass shower.
Out back you can sit and listen to the relaxing fountain in the lake on one of the many seating areas. Bring your fishing poles to fish right off the deck!
You can even sit and enjoy a nice cup of coffee on one of the rockers on the front porch.

Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, 24-hour gated, security patrolled community with a multitude of amenities. It is located in Myrtle Beach and is the most complete oceanfront campground on the east coast. With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, it also features eight freshwater lakes great for fishing. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool, an outdoor Olympic size pool and a brand-new full-size water park compete with kiddie area, lazy river, and slides. Golf cart rental is available on the premises. There are also three snack bars, an arcade with 80+ games, an outdoor theatre with scheduled events, playgrounds, basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, a miniature golf area, a recreation center with supervised activities for children, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds.

Cancellation Policy
If renter cancels more than 60 days prior to check in and the owner can re- rent the property for full price the deposit will be refunded less a $ 100.00 cancellation fee and convenience fee. If the house remains vacant you will forfeit your deposit. If the renter cancels less than 60 days from the check in date and the owner cannot re-rent the property at full price your rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the owner as compensation for the time the premises had been held from the rental market.
Deposit Policy
The house is inspected before your arrival. It is clean and in order. Upon departure, each guest is responsible for washing dishes, taking garbage to the road, and removing linens from beds, and place in the bag provided
