This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has all there is to offer. Once you step in the door you'll feel like you're on a secluded island. This home offers a queen bed in the Master with a private bath. 2 guest bedrooms 1queen and 1 double bed. All bedrooms have flat screen tv's, extended cable, and WIFI.
The Family room offers a sofa and two recliners, flat screen tv, and two ceiling fans
The front porch is very inviting as well with a tv, table and chairs.
Under the house features a high top bar area, table, chairs, tv, gas grill, & a swing.
Outdoor shower with hot/cold water to rinse off the sand before entering the home.
Once in the home you won't want to leave the campground. Ocean Lakes has everything there is to offer.
Golf Cart is Optional !

You will be required to purchase a $15.00 a day parking pass through Ocean Lakes this DOES include the amenities and water park. Ocean Lakes has so much to offer you won't need to leave the park.

Cancellation Policy
If renter cancels more than 60 days prior to check in and the owner can re- rent the property for full price the deposit will be refunded less a $ 100.00 cancellation fee and convenience fee. If the house remains vacant you will forfeit your deposit. If the renter cancels less than 60 days from the check in date and the owner cannot re-rent the property at full price your rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the owner as compensation for the time the premises had been held from the rental market.
Deposit Policy
The house is inspected before your arrival. It is clean and in order. Upon departure, each guest is responsible for washing dishes, taking garbage to the road, and removing linens from beds, and place in the bag provided
