Ocean Dream Villa is a newly renovated 3-bedroom 2 bath pier home that has been professionally decorated and affords all the comforts for amazing beach vacation. Enjoy all the EXTRA PERKS: High-speed WiFi, new smart TVs with streaming services, ceiling fans in every bedroom/living room, FULL SIZE washer/dryer, not one but TWO amazing outdoor entertainment areas including outdoor TV, sofas, chairs, professional gas grill, kids and adults swing chairs, complimentary beach cart, umbrellas and tons of beach gear for the family to enjoy.
All new luxury plank flooring, granite countertops in kitchen and quartz in guest and master bathroom and new living room furniture.
The coastal casual master bedroom features a new bed, oversized closet and adjoining private master bath with tub/shower combo complete with waterfall shower head. The guest bedrooms are equally well-appointed with oversized closets and plenty of room to spread out. One guest room features a luxurious queen bed and the other an adult-sized full bed with twin combo and another twin pullout bed (this room is great for kids- sleeps 4).

Cancellation Policy
If renter cancels more than 60 days prior to check in and the owner can re- rent the property for full price the deposit will be refunded less a $ 100.00 cancellation fee and convenience fee. If the house remains vacant you will forfeit your deposit. If the renter cancels less than 60 days from the check in date and the owner cannot re-rent the property at full price your rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the owner as compensation for the time the premises had been held from the rental market.
Deposit Policy
The house is inspected before your arrival. It is clean and in order. Upon departure, each guest is responsible for washing dishes, taking garbage to the road, and removing linens from beds, and place in the bag provided
